Testing, testing...

... is this thing on?!

Since our lives are about to change quite drastically, I have decided to join the blog world. I do not promise to be perfectly consistent with this, but I will do my best to keep all of you [family and friends] updated on our lives - especially our growing little guy!

The move to MS is just around the corner. We are SO excited, nervous, anxious, sad and ready for this next adventure in our lives! Keith is ready to get back in the air, I'm ready to get into our new house and into a routine, and Witten is ready for... his next bottle? We have been so blessed to live in the same area as both of our incredible families (aside from Kyle, Tara and Jase - my bro and his fam) and several close friends whom we will miss dearly, to be part of a God-seeking, Bible-preaching, Disciple-making church whom we will miss dearly (I said "whom" on purpose because we will miss the church meaning the people), to be in an amazing life group made up of friends whom we have grown very close to and will miss "doing life" with, to have met so many wonderful people and experienced so many wonderful memories in our past jobs (Keith at KCAC and me at Summit Lakes MS and Pleasant Lea MS). We are thankful for all these people in our lives! We ask for your prayers as we move away and begin in this new journey.

Prayers for relationships that lead to spiritual growth and furthering Christ's kingdom. Prayers that God will give us boldness and radiate joy throughout our lives. Prayers that I will meet other mothers who have children that Witten can play with. Prayers for Keith to excel in his studies and training.

Thank you all for your love, encouragement, support and prayers!

Here are some pictures from the past couple of weeks.

  1. God has great things in store...and as long as gas prices stay under $10/gallon, we'll find our way to Mississippi a number of times!
